Pilot Actions

Peer Evaluation Workshop - March 2013

The initial peer and expert review of Implementation Plans for each partner is a critical phase.  The Plans are only just being designed and review is an important stage.

In order to leverage the experience of all the Histcape partners a workshop was held to introduce the Pilot Implementation Projects in each region.  The projects were briefly presented then posted on the walls of the meeting room following a common 6W design: Who, What, When, Where, Why and How.

Pilot Action Workshop – June 2013

Overview

The meeting in Germany was the second opportunity for the Pilot Action partners to present their plans, updates and improvements after the peer review at the first workshop. They were encouraged to use the SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant and Time-based) methodology. They were also encouraged to give these presentations in a standard HISTCAPE format within 10 minutes.  After this second presentation a new process was tried – this was the Triangle Question Workshop, designed to allow all partners to participate. This encouraged each partner to make notes and ask relevant questions concerning the Pilot Action plans.
